Megan Gale
Gale, then 18, won a Perth modeling contest at the age of 18. After several years of modelling, Gale rose to fame when in 1999 was cast to appear in a series of ads for an Italian telecommunications company, Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy) and was featured in the advertisements of the company until 2006.She was also employed with the Australian Tourist Commission in 2003 as 'their face of Australia as they travelled to Italy'. Gale has graced the covers of Australian Marie Claire and Grazia. Also, she has appeared in Italian Maxim and Australian InStyle. Gale has collaborated with Italian designers like Gianfranco Fere Genny Gai Mattiolo, and Gianfranco Fere. Gai Mattiolo, and in the fashion shows for Mariella Burani, Angelo Marani, and Milan Fashion Week. Gale favors many Australian fashion designers like Colette Dinnigan and Kirrily. Johnston. Willow, Alex Perry, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, etc. She also served as an expert in fashion for the Logies, an Australian television award. In January 2008, Gale announced her retirement from runway modeling after 15 years. She also walked down the catwalk for the final time only a couple of weeks later in an David Jones winter collection launch in Sydney. Her final outfit, she wore Wonder Woman's costume in The Justice League of America movie that never came out. Gale was back on the runway in March 2011, and concluded her Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011.
