Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year in engineering is already beginning to study for UPSC. When she graduated, she wondered if engineering was the best choice for her. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled that she had, she set out to work in civil service. Her parents to pursue an employment in the civil service and get ready for the examinations. Her motivation never waned and was focused in her pursuit to become an IAS. It takes more effort to be successful at UPSC. She was extremely committed to passing the test and made a great amount of work. Every day, she read the newspaper to keep up with current events.
